That which is the heart

This blend, applied as suggested to the heart chakra and to the wrists which are then held to the nose with eyes closed, accentuates the limitless heart. It begins lightly and lifts the spirits and slowly evolves into the deeper notes which ground and also remain. I just love it. And thereby, worries are away.
